Accessibility statement
This accessibility statement applies to the mobile-pocket website – app & platform for digital customer loyalty.
bluesource - mobile solutions gmbh strives to make the online presence of its product mobile-pocket at mobile-pocket - App & Platform for Digital Customer Loyalty accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Act (BaFG) and the applicable (standard) requirements for barrier-free access to websites and mobile applications.
Compliance status
Our website complies with the requirements of conformance level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 in accordance with European Standard EN 301 549. This is based on the Federal Act on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services (BaFG), which is based on Directive (EU) 2019/882 – European Accessibility Act (EAA).
The barriers described below relate to individual aspects of the four basic principles of accessibility. At the same time, important measures have already been implemented to enable barrier-free use:
Perceptibility
What will be improved:
- Visual headings, which were previously only implemented as div or span, will be given semantically correct H2 - H6 tags or role="heading".
- Multiple H1 headings on individual pages will be corrected.
- English testimonials on the German-language site will be marked with lang="en".
What already works well:
- Most images and logos already have alternative text.
- The multilingual structure (DE/EN) is implemented separately from a technical perspective.
Usability
What will be improved:
- Skip links to main areas (content, menu, footer) will be added.
- Navigation elements with dropdowns will be provided with aria-haspopup=‘true’ and dynamic aria-expanded.
- Keyboard focus will be checked and improved with visible focus indicators.
- Links that open in a new tab will be marked with ‘opens in new tab’ for screen readers and keyboard users.
What already works well:
- Most links have descriptive labels (e.g. ‘Request demo’).
- Navigation is logically structured.
Comprehensibility
What will be improved:
- Form fields will be given consistent <label> elements or aria-label, not just placeholder text.
What already works well:
- Mandatory fields are already marked as required (aria-required=‘true’).
- Error messages (‘This field must be filled in’) are available.
Robustness
What is still being improved:
- Dropdown menus are dynamically adapted to their status with aria-expanded.
- External links with target="_blank" are marked programmatically.
- Contrasts of text, icons and focus frames are checked and improved if necessary.
What already works well:
- The basic structure of the pages is semantically consistent (e.g. use of <main>, <footer>).
- Some input fields are equipped with autocomplete.
Non-accessible content
We are continuously working to make our website accessible. During the most recent review, several areas were identified that still require optimisation:
- inconsistent alternative text for images
- visual headings without semantic markup or multiple H1 headings on individual pages
- missing skip links to main areas
- navigation with drop-downs without aria-haspopup / aria-expanded
- buttons that are not marked as buttons
- missing labelling of external links that open in a new tab
- form fields without semantic labels or missing semantic submit buttons in individual forms
- contrasts for buttons, links and focus states
We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website. To this end, we regularly conduct tests to ensure that current standards for web accessibility are met.
Declaration of accessibility
This declaration was created on 21 August 2025. It is based on a self-assessment carried out by means of an internal audit using accessibility testing tools and expert reviews by third parties.
