The Upper Austrian software developer bluesource has won MediaMarkt and Saturn, Austria's leading electronics retailers, as new customers. Both are now using the mobile-pocket loyalty card app developed by bluesource to reach customers via mobile, digital touchpoints.
Hagenberg, 24 June 2019 - bluesource was one of the first app developers in Austria to focus on mobile, digital customer loyalty early on with its mobile-pocket loyalty card app. Now the flagship company from Hagenberg's ‘Silicon Valley’ is writing a new chapter in its success story. With MediaMarkt and Saturn, the leading domestic electronics retailers have been won over: Both rely on mobile-pocket to reach customers with targeted offers, discount campaigns and vouchers on their smartphones.

The mobile-pocket loyalty card app offers companies an effective tool for digital customer loyalty. Consumers can use the application to manage all their loyalty cards in a ‘digital wallet’. This gives retail companies the opportunity to provide their regular customers with content.
